Nepenthes truncata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Nepenthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Mindanao). Nama ilmiah Nepenthes truncata diperkenalkan oleh John Muirhead Macfarlane pada tahun 1911.
