Nertera holmboei merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tristan da Cunha (Pulau Inaccessable, Pulau Nightingale). Nama ilmiah Nertera holmboei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Erling Christophersen pada tahun 1944.
