Nicoteba nilgherrensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan) yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu kecil atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India barat daya. Nama ilmiah Nicoteba nilgherrensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck pada tahun 1893.
