Notothixos malayanus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan hemiparasit dari famili Santalaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Thailand tengah, Semenanjung Malaysia (Penang). Nama ilmiah Notothixos malayanus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Daniel Oliver pada tahun 1886.
