Nototriche foetida merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Nototriche foetida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Oskar Eberhard Ulbrich pada tahun 1932.
