Nymphaea rapinii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Nymphaeaceae (suku teratai-terataian) yang hidup menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Pará, Bahia). Nama ilmiah Nymphaea rapinii mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2021.
