Ochlandra setigera merupakan tumbuhan bambu dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah India. Nama ilmiah Ochlandra setigera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis James Sykes Gamble pada tahun 1896.
