Ocotea jorge-escobarii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Honduras hingga Nikaragua. Nama ilmiah Ocotea jorge-escobarii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cirilo Nelson (alternative name: Cyril Hardy Nelson Sutherland) pada tahun 1984.
