Octoknema affinis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Olacaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nigeria selatan hingga Gabon barat laut. Nama ilmiah Octoknema affinis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean Baptiste Louis Pierre pada tahun 1905.
