Odontites luteus merupakan tumbuhan hemiparasit berumur semusim dari famili Orobanchaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa hingga Asia tengah dan Kaukasia. Nama ilmiah Odontites luteus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Philippe de Clairville pada tahun 1811.
