Oenothera arida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Onagraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Texas barat daya hingga Meksiko (Chihuahua). Nama ilmiah Oenothera arida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Warren Lambert Wagner pada tahun 2007.
