Oenothera × braunii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Onagraceae yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah naturally occuring between the naturalised parents. Nama ilmiah Oenothera × braunii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johann Christoph Döll pada tahun 1862.
