SOUTH AMERICAN EVENI Oenotherapubescens Willd. ex Spreng.
Oenothera pubescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim atau dwimusim dari famili Onagraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari California tenggara hingga Texas barat dan Amerika tengah, Ekuador hingga Peru. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan south american evening primrose. Nama ilmiah Oenothera pubescens diperkenalkan oleh Carl Ludwig von Willdenow pada tahun 1825.
