Olax thouarsii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Olacaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagaskar utara, timur dan selatan-tengah. Nama ilmiah Olax thouarsii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1886.
