Olearia phlogopappa subsp. flavescens merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Victoria. Nama ilmiah Olearia phlogopappa subsp. flavescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Hutchinson pada tahun 2013.
