Oncoba spinosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Salicaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah kawasan tropis Afrika dan Afrika Selatan, Jazirah Arab barat daya. Nama ilmiah Oncoba spinosa diperkenalkan oleh Peter Forsskål pada tahun 1775.
