Ophioglossum crotalophoroides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ophioglossaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Amerika, South Georgia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan bulbous adderstongue. Nama ilmiah Ophioglossum crotalophoroides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Walter pada tahun 1788.
