Ophioglossum crotalophoroides var. nanum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Ophioglossaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara, Paraguay, hingga Argentina (Corrientes). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan bulbous adderstongue. Nama ilmiah Ophioglossum crotalophoroides var. nanum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cornelius Osten pada tahun 1944.
