Ophioglossum gracillimum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Ophioglossaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Ghana, Tanzania, hingga Gauteng. Nama ilmiah Ophioglossum gracillimum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Welwitsch pada tahun 1868.
