Ophiorrhiza uniflora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Bismarck. Nama ilmiah Ophiorrhiza uniflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Adolf Georg Lauterbach pada tahun 1898.
