Ophrys lutea subsp. phryganae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Mediterania tengah dan timur. Nama ilmiah Ophrys lutea subsp. phryganae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1999.
