Ophrys sphegodes subsp. helenae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Albania selatan hingga Kepulauan Aegea. Nama ilmiah Ophrys sphegodes subsp. helenae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jany Renz pada tahun 1978.
