Opuntia nicholii merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering. Nama ilmiah Opuntia nicholii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lyman David Benson pada tahun 1950.
