Orbea gerstneri subsp. elongata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Provinsi Utara (Northen). Nama ilmiah Orbea gerstneri subsp. elongata diperkenalkan oleh Robert Allen Dyer pada tahun 2000.
