COHUNE PALM Orbignyacohune (Mart.) Dahlgren ex Standl.
Orbignya cohune merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan cohune palm. Nama ilmiah Orbignya cohune diperkenalkan oleh Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1932. Nama ini merupakan sinonim dari Attalea cohune.
