Oreocharis rosthornii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan, Hubei, Guizhou). Nama ilmiah Oreocharis rosthornii diperkenalkan oleh Friedrich Ludwig Emil Diels pada tahun 2011.
