Oreocnide obovata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China selatan hingga Vietnam Utara. Nama ilmiah Oreocnide obovata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Charles Henry Wright pada tahun 1937.
