Orobanche pubescens merupakan tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Orobanchaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mediterania tengah dan timur hingga Kaukasia. Nama ilmiah Orobanche pubescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jules Sébastian César Dumont d'Urville pada tahun 1822.
