Orobanche uniflora merupakan tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Orobanchaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada hingga Amerika Serikat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan oneflowered broomrape. Nama ilmiah Orobanche uniflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1753.
