Orostachys spinosa merupakan tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Crassulaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik). Nama ilmiah Orostachys spinosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Sweet pada tahun 1830.
