Orthosiphon pallidus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman) yang memiliki siklus hidup semusim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Afrika hingga India. Nama ilmiah Orthosiphon pallidus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Forbes Royle pada tahun 1833.
