Orthosiphon scedastophyllus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tanzania selatan hingga Mozambique utara. Nama ilmiah Orthosiphon scedastophyllus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alan James Paton pada tahun 1995.
