Othonna macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat. Nama ilmiah Othonna macrophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1838.
