Oxalis discolor merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Oxalidaceae (suku belimbing-belimbingan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko tengah dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Oxalis discolor pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Friedrich Klotzsch pada tahun 1840.
