Oxalis divergens merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Oxalidaceae (suku belimbing-belimbingan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Honduras. Nama ilmiah Oxalis divergens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1833.
