Oxalis rugeliana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Oxalidaceae (suku belimbing-belimbingan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kuba hingga Puerto Rico. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan coamo. Nama ilmiah Oxalis rugeliana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ignatz Urban pada tahun 1912.
