Oxalis thompsoniae merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Oxalidaceae (suku belimbing-belimbingan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Papua New Guinea, Australia utara dan timur, Pulau Lord Howe, Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Oxalis thompsoniae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Barry John Conn pada tahun 1994.
