Oxypetalum brachystephanum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apocynaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu kecil atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Oxypetalum brachystephanum diperkenalkan oleh Gustaf Oskar Andersson Malme pada tahun 1904.
