Oxytropis lagopus var. atropurpurea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat laut. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan haresfoot locoweed. Nama ilmiah Oxytropis lagopus var. atropurpurea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Per Axel Rydberg pada tahun 1951.
