Oxytropis nigrescens var. lonchopoda merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Yukon. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan blackish locoweed. Nama ilmiah Oxytropis nigrescens var. lonchopoda pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rupert Charles Barneby pada tahun 1963.
