Oxytropis todomoshiriensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Sakhalin. Nama ilmiah Oxytropis todomoshiriensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Kingo Miyabe pada tahun 1915.
