Pachira cowanii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela (Amazonas). Nama ilmiah Pachira cowanii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Andre Georges Marie Walter Albert Robyns pada tahun 1994.
