Pachycarpus firmus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tanzania barat daya dan selatan hingga Angola. Nama ilmiah Pachycarpus firmus diperkenalkan oleh Nicholas Edward Brown pada tahun 1998.
