Pachypodium bispinosum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol di pangkal batang (caudex). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape timur. Nama ilmiah Pachypodium bispinosum diperkenalkan oleh Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 1844.
