Pachypodium inopinatum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol di pangkal batang (caudex). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Madagaskar utara-tengah. Nama ilmiah Pachypodium inopinatum diperkenalkan oleh John Jacob Lavranos pada tahun 1996.
