Pachypodium sofiense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semisukulen dari famili Apocynaceae yang berbentuk perdu atau pohon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar utara-tengah dan barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Pachypodium sofiense diperkenalkan oleh Henri Louis Poisson pada tahun 1934.
