Paepalanthus almasensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Bahia: Pico das Almas). Nama ilmiah Paepalanthus almasensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold Norman Moldenke pada tahun 1980.
