Paepalanthus heteropus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Paepalanthus heteropus pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1928.
