Paesia acclivis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Dennstaedtiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela, Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Paesia acclivis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustav Kunze pada tahun 1882.
