Palicourea petiolaris merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia timur-tengah hingga Venezuela. Nama ilmiah Palicourea petiolaris diperkenalkan oleh Carl Sigismund Kunth pada tahun 1819.
